1. Fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring
It has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel resistance and high and low temperature resistance. It can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. The general temperature range is -50~200 degrees Celsius.
2. EPDM rubber sealing ring
Has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It is suitable for sealing of alcohols, ketones and high temperature steam environments, and the general temperature range is -55~150 degrees Celsius.
3. Butyl rubber sealing ring
It has excellent air tightness, heat resistance, light resistance, ozone resistance and good insulation. It has good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc., and can contact animal and vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended for use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatic hydrocarbons, and the general temperature range is -50~110 degrees Celsius.
4. ACM acrylic rubber sealing ring
It has excellent oil resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, but its mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance are slightly inferior. Generally used in automobile transmission system and power steering system, not suitable for hot water, brake fluid and phosphate, and the general temperature range is -25~170 degrees Celsius.
