1. When the back pressure at the outlet of the safety valve fluctuates, if the change exceeds 10% of the opening pressure, a bellows safety valve should be used.

2. If the medium is corrosive, a bellows safety valve should be used to prevent important components from failing due to medium corrosion.

3 There is no resistance at the outlet of the safety valve to avoid compression.

4. The safety valve should be professionally tested before installation, and the seal of the valve must be checked.

5. The safety valve in use should be checked regularly.

The installation and maintenance of the safety valve should pay attention to the following items: the installation position, height, and the direction of the inlet and outlet should meet the design requirements, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow displayed on the valve body, and the connection should be firm. Appearance inspection must be carried out before the valve is installed, and the nameplate of the valve must comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Valve Mark" GB1220. For valves with working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and valves that play a blocking role in the main pipe, strength and strict performance tests must be carried out before installation, and qualified ones must be used. In the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is more than 5 minutes. The valve shell and filling should have no leakage.
